Louise was extremely reliable, 100% punctual, and excellent at communication throughout the time she was with our family. She was full of fun and creative ideas for our children, which helped the three of them to quickly build a strong bond with her. She finds suitable groups/activities to take them out to each week (in her fully equipped car, with car seats and double buggy). Louise is extremely kind, discreet, tidy, and dependable. Lovely notes from my charges
The note below was given to me by one of my eldest charges, at the time I didn’t think we had bonded very well. Well how wrong was I!!
He told me to open the envelope when I got home, I cried when I read it. Moments like this make me so happy I decided to become a Nanny.
The next note below was passed to me as I left work, she ran over to me as I went to leave the house shouting “Louise, Louise, I’ve got a card for you. But don’t open it till you get to your car ok” I was very impressed that she wrote my name correctly and beautifully. Such a sweet lovely note to open and read.
OFSTED INSPECTION April 2019
Today I had my first official Ofsted Inspection. I am so pleased to announced that i passed with flying colours.
I had to show the inspector all of my up to date certificates and insurances and also answer some questions about safegaurding and procedures.
Thankfully with all the years of varied setting experiences I have had over the years, it was a breeze.
I recieved my letter of Ofsted compliance today through email.
